【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationdefinesthespecificinterfacesandfunctionalityoftraffictelematics(TT)servicesbasedontheuseofcellularnetworks.DevicemanufacturersareenabledtodevelopterminalequipmentcompatibletoservicesbasedonthisTechnicalSpecification.Thiswillallowforinteroperabilityofdifferentterminalequipmentandserviceproviderswhichallowscompetitionbetweenserviceprovidersandterminalmanufacturers.Furthermoreitsetsthesceneforinternationalavailabilityoftheseservices.ThisTechnicalSpecificationspecifies·TT-specificinterfacesbetweenterminalandservicecentre.Thisespeciallyincorporatesthemessagesetsoftheapplicationdataprotocolsandtheservice-independentcommunicationhandling(includingconditionalaccessandtransportprotocols).·Functionality,proceduresandrequirementsofbasicterminalcomponentsaswellastheirinteractionwiththeservicecentre.Thisespeciallycomprisesconditionalaccessandsecuritymechanisms.·ServiceSpecifications,whichareessentialtoensureconsistentbehaviourofterminalandservicecentre.Theservicesincorporatedwithinthisissuecomprise:·breakdownandemergencyservices·interactivetrafficinformationservices·broadcasttrafficinformationservices·navigationservices(routeassistance,routeadvice,homing)·operatorservices·generalinformationservices·floatingcardatacollectionItisenvisagedthatfutureresearchanddevelopmentwillleadtoimprovementsontheserviceslistedaboveaswellastothecreationofnewservices.NeverthelessthisTechnicalSpecificationprovidestheframeworkforseamlessintegrationofnewfeaturesandservicesintotheexistingarchitecture.Licensed
