【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidesguidelinesbeyondtherequirementsgiveninISO9001inordertoconsiderboththeeffectivenessandefficiencyofaqualitymanagementsystem,andconsequentlythepotentialforimprovementoftheperformanceofanorganization.WhencomparedtoISO9001,theobjectivesofcustomersatisfactionandproductqualityareextendedtoincludethesatisfactionofinterestedpartiesandtheperformanceoftheorganization.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletotheprocessesoftheorganizationandconsequentlythequalitymanagementprinciplesonwhichitisbasedcanbedeployedthroughouttheorganization.ThefocusofthisInternationalStandardistheachievementofongoingimprovement,measuredthroughthesatisfactionofcustomersandotherinterestedparties.ThisInternationalStandardconsistsofguidanceandrecommendationsandisnotintendedforcertification,regulatoryorcontractualuse,norasaguidetotheimplementationofISO9001.
