【摘要】:ThisPartofBS853specifiesrequirementsforthedesign,methodsofconstructionandtestingoftubularheatexchangersandstoragevesselsforheating,coolingandheatrecoveryassociatedwithbuildingandindustrialserviceswithlimitingconditionsof2N/mmdesignpressure,300℃maximumand0℃minimumtemperatureusingsuchmediaaswater,steam,thermaloils,glycolmixturesandoil.Inadditiontothedefinitiverequirements,thisstandardalsorequirestheitemsdetailedinclause4tobedocumented.Forcompliancewiththisstandard,boththedefinitiverequirementsandthedocumenteditemshavetobesatisfied.NOTE.Attentionisdrawntothedangersassociatedwithheatingflammablefluidsabovetheirflashpoints.Threetypesofheatexchangersarecoveredbythisstandard:a)fixedtubeplateateachend;b)U-tubes(removabletubebundle);c)straighttubeswithfloatingheadatrearend(removabletubebundle).
