【摘要】:ThispartofISO19901specifiesmethodologiesfora)thedesign,analysisandevaluationofstationkeepingsystemsforfloatingstructuresusedbytheoilandgasindustriestosupport-production,-storage,-drilling,wellinterventionandproduction,-productionandstorage,-drilling,wellintervention,productionandstorage,andb)theassessmentofstationkeepingsystemsforsite-specificapplicationsofmobileoffshoreunits(e.g.mobileoffshoredrillingunits,constructionunits,andpipelayunits).Moststationkeepingsystemsusedwiththeclassoffloatingstructurescoveredbya)aretermed“permanentmooringsystems”,forwhichthispartofISO19901isapplicabletoallaspectsofthelifecycleandincludesrequirementsrelatingtothemanufactureofmooringcomponents,aswellasconsiderationsforin-serviceinspections.Moststationkeepingsystemsusedwithmobileoffshoreunits,theclasscoveredbyb),aretermed“mobilemooringsystems”.Throughoutthisdocument,theterm“floatingstructure”,sometimesshortenedto“structure”,isusedasagenerictermtoindicateanymemberofthetwoclasses,a)andb).ThispartofISO19901isapplicabletothefollowingtypesofstationkeepingsystems,whichareeithercovereddirectlyinthisdocumentorthroughreferencetootherguidelines:-spreadmoorings(catenary,taut-lineandsemi-taut-linemoorings);-singlepointmoorings,anchoredbyspreadmooringarrangements;-dynamicpositioningsystems;-thruster-assistedmoorings.DescriptionsofthecharacteristicsandoftypicalcomponentsofthesesystemsaregiveninAnnexA.TherequirementsofthispartofISO19901mainlyaddressspreadmooringsystemsandsinglepointmooringsystemswithmooringlinescomposedofsteelchainandwirerope.Thisdocumentalsoprovidesguidanceontheapplicationofthemethodologytosyntheticfibreropemooringsystems,andincludesadditionalrequirementsrelatedtotheuniquepropertiesofsyntheticfibreropes.Thedocumentappliestosingleanchorlegmoorings(SALMs)andothersinglepointmooringsystems(e.g.towersoftyokesystems)onlytotheextenttowhichtherequirementsarerelevant.Therequirementsofthisdocumentdonotapplytotheverticalmooringsoftensionlegplatforms(TLPs).ThemethodologydescribedinthispartofISO19901identifiesasetofcoherentanalysistoolsthat,combinedwithanunderstandingofthesite-specificmetoceanconditions,thecharacteristicsofthefloatingstructureunderconsideration,andotherfactors,canbeusedtodeterminetheadequacyofthestationkeepingsystemtomeetthedocument’sfunctionalrequirements.
