【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60953,alsocalled"retrofitcode"(RC),establishesasupplementaryretrofitcodeforthermalverificationtestsofretrofittedsteamturbines.TherulesgiveninthisstandardfollowtheguidancegiveninIEC60953-2,hereinaftercalledtheRSbutcontainamendmentsandsupplementsregardingguaranteesandverificationoftheguaranteesbythermalacceptancetestsonretrofittedsteamturbines.Generalprinciplesforthepreparation,performance,evaluation,comparisonwithguaranteedvaluesandthedeterminationofthemeasurementuncertaintiesofverificationtestsaregiveninthisstandard.Thisstandardisapplicableonlywhentheretrofitinvolvessomehardwarechangeinthesteamturbineequipment.Conversely,anymodificationonthecycleoranyretrofitofotherequipmentofthepowerplant(e.g.boiler,feedwaterheaters,etc.)isnotcoveredbythisstandard.
